Terms of Service

SWP Hermes Backups is a private, personal utility intended only for its operator. It uploads encrypted Hermes Agent backups to a Google Drive account controlled by that operator.

Permitted use

The utility may be used only for lawful backup and recovery purposes by the authorized account owner. Access may not be shared, resold, or used to store another person's data without authorization.

Availability

The utility is provided as-is, without a promise of uninterrupted operation. The operator remains responsible for safeguarding the private recovery key and periodically testing the recovery procedure.

Google services

Use of Google Drive remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google is not responsible for this utility.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the utility changes. Questions may be sent to the support email displayed on the application's Google OAuth consent screen.
